Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Omni Marketing LLC, doing business as GetClients.com (“GetClients,” “we,” “us” or “our”), collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit go.getclients.com, book a call with us, buy one of our programs, or use the tools on this site. By using this site, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- When you book a call or apply for a program or event: your name, email address, phone number, and your answers to the questions on the booking form (for example, what you sell, where you are with webinars, and your business’s monthly revenue range).
- When you buy something: your name, email address, phone number (on order forms that ask for it, so our team can confirm your order and give you a welcome call) and billing details. Payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card number. If you buy as a business and enter a VAT number, we keep that number and your billing address with your order, so the tax on your order and on any offer you add on the next pages is worked out correctly.
- When you buy extra seats for your team for one of our live events: the name and email address of each team member you add. We use them to register each person for the event and send them their own joining link and the recording, and we share them with our customer database and email provider (HighLevel). Please only add people who agreed to be registered. Your order also gets a private link for adding your team later; that link is emailed to you and does not contain your email address.
- When you join one of our programs and fill in an onboarding form: your contact details (including WhatsApp, if you give it), information about your business, and your goals for the program.
- When you are a done-for-you webinar client: what our sales team records when you sign up (your name, email, the package you bought and your offer), your onboarding answers (about your business, your offer, its price and its terms), your Telegram username or phone number (so we can set up your project group), the links you send us (your Loom recording, sales calls, content and brand files), the webinar results you share with us, and a history of when your answers changed. Your onboarding is a private link made for you; when your project ends or is closed, the link stops working and your answers stay on file. Your onboarding answers, our decision on your offer, your Loom link and the materials and results you send are also copied to the task our team keeps for your project in our project management tool (ClickUp).
- When you use a free tool on this site (such as an offer or big idea grader) or our AI coach: the text, documents, links or images you submit.
- When you have a Dan AI account (our AI coach at getdan.ai): your email address and name, whether your access is active, paused or cancelled, and a record of changes to your access and of when you log in. If you use Dan AI while logged in, we also keep your conversations with it and any business details you enter under “My business”, so you can come back to past chats and so its answers fit your business.
- When you are a client and message our team in your project group chat (on Telegram): the messages you send there, including voice notes and files, your Telegram name, and when you sent them.
- When you contact us by email or message: whatever you include in your message.
Information collected automatically
- Usage information: the pages you view, the buttons you click, how long you stay on a page, and the page or ad that referred you (including UTM tags in the link).
- Device and connection information: browser type, device type, your approximate location (country, and on some pages region and city, worked out from your IP address), and the name of your network provider. We use this to measure our pages and to filter out bots.
- A random visitor ID stored in a cookie and in your browser’s local storage, so we can tell how many different people visit and which pages lead to a booked call. It does not contain your name or email address. See section 3 for how long it lasts.
2. How we use your information
- To schedule and hold the calls you book, and to decide whether a program is a fit for you.
- To deliver the programs, events, coaching, software and products you buy, and to give you access to them.
- To process payments, prevent fraud, and handle refunds and billing questions.
- To send you information you asked for, reminders about calls and events, and marketing messages (you can opt out at any time, see section 8).
- To measure how our pages and ads perform, and to improve our website, offers and advertising.
- To show our ads to people likely to be interested, and to measure the results of those ads.
- To answer your questions in our AI tools and to improve the quality of those answers.
- To make sure every message in a client group chat gets a timely answer, that urgent issues reach the right person quickly, and to review how well we support our clients.
- To keep the site secure, and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
3. Cookies, pixels and tracking
We and our partners use cookies, pixels and similar technologies on this site:
| Technology | What it does |
|---|---|
| GetClients visitor ID | Our own first-party identifier named “gcv”. It is saved in your browser’s local storage, where it stays until you clear your browser data, and copied into a cookie that lasts up to one year and is set again from local storage if it expires. It counts visits and connects a visit to a booked call so we can measure which pages work. Clearing your cookies and site data removes it. |
| Meta Pixel and Conversions API | Lets Meta (Facebook and Instagram) measure the results of our ads and show our ads to people who have visited our site or are similar to our customers. Meta may combine this with information it already has about you under its own privacy policy. |
| Hyros | Ad attribution: helps us see which ad or source led to a booking or a sale. When you buy, it receives your name, email address, phone number and what you bought. |
| Booking calendar and forms (HighLevel / LeadConnector) | Run the booking calendars and forms embedded on our pages, and store your booking in our customer database. |
| Video players (Vidalytics, ConverteAI / VTurb, YouTube, Vimeo, Loom) | Play the videos on our pages and may measure how much of a video is watched. |
| Authorize.net | Processes card payments on our order pages. Your card details are sent from your browser straight to Authorize.net (we never see or store your full card number), and Authorize.net keeps your card on file so you can add an offer on the next page with one click, and so a subscription you choose can renew. |
| Whop | May process payments on some of our order pages, and works out the sales tax (VAT) on them; if you buy as a business, it receives your VAT number and billing address to check them. On our advertising pages, Whop’s tracking script also records page views and actions such as booking a call or registering, so we can measure and improve our ads. |
| Dan AI login session | A first-party cookie named “dan_ai_session” on getdan.ai that keeps you logged in to Dan AI for up to 30 days. It holds a random code only; we store a scrambled (hashed) copy of it with your account so we can recognise your session. Logging out deletes it. |
| Hosting and fonts (Cloudflare, Google Fonts) | Deliver the website quickly and securely, and load the fonts the pages use. |
Your choices:
- You can delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. Most browsers also let you block third-party cookies, and browser tracking protection or a content-blocking extension can stop tracking scripts from loading. Blocking cookies alone does not stop every script on the site from sending information, and blocking may stop some parts of the site, such as the booking calendar, from working properly.
- You can control how Meta uses information for ads in your Meta ad preferences, and you can opt out of interest-based advertising from many companies at optout.aboutads.info (or youronlinechoices.eu in Europe). These choices are managed by those companies, not by us.
- You can email us to opt out of sharing for targeted advertising (see section 8). We will then stop including your email address and phone number in any customer lists we share with advertising platforms. This site does not currently have a setting that turns off its tracking scripts, so the browser choices above are the way to stop them from loading.
4. Who we share your information with
We share personal information only as described here:
- Service providers who run parts of our business for us, under agreements that limit how they can use it: website hosting (Cloudflare), customer database, calendars, email and text messaging (HighLevel / LeadConnector), payments (Authorize.net, Whop and the card processors they use), webinar and workshop registration (AEvent, which receives your name, email address and phone number when you register for or buy a live workshop), ad measurement (Meta, Hyros, Whop), video hosting (Vidalytics, ConverteAI / VTurb, YouTube, Vimeo, Loom), internal team communication (Slack, which also receives Pitch Mode screenshots and our team’s alerts and notes about client group chats), client group chats (Telegram), our code and internal tools (GitHub, which receives a Dan AI member's email address when our team pauses, reactivates or cancels their access), login code emails for Dan AI and the email with your private done-for-you onboarding link (Resend, which receives your email address and the email it delivers), onboarding and event questionnaires (Google Forms, which receives the answers you give when you fill one out), client agreements and e-signatures (PandaDoc, which receives your name, email address and the details of your agreement), voice calls with Dan AI (ElevenLabs, which receives your voice and the call's conversation), and the AI providers described in section 6.
- Our team and contractors who need it to serve you, such as the people who run your calls, coaching and program onboarding.
- Advertising partners such as Meta, through the pixel and conversion tools described in section 3, to measure and improve our ads.
- Legal and safety reasons: when required by law, to respond to legal requests, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers, our company or others.
- Business transfers: if our business or a part of it is sold or reorganized, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Emails, calls and texts
If you give us your email address or phone number, we may contact you about the call you booked, the program you joined or purchased, and offers we think you’ll find useful. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.
If you agree to receive text messages, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop text messages at any time, or HELP for help. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text-messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing.
6. AI tools on this site
Some tools on this site, such as our AI coach and our offer and idea graders, use artificial intelligence to answer you. When you use them, the text, files, links and images you submit are sent to the AI service providers that generate the answer (including Cloudflare and Moonshot AI). We keep a log of questions and answers so we can review quality, fix problems and improve the tools. Please do not submit passwords, payment details or other sensitive personal information to these tools. AI answers can be wrong, so use your own judgment before relying on them.
Dan AI members can also have a live voice call with Dan AI. During a call, your voice is streamed to ElevenLabs, which turns it into text and generates the spoken answer in an AI version of Dan's voice. You are told right before each call that you are talking with an AI, and the call only starts when you agree. Every call is recorded and is shared with ElevenLabs and the third-party AI model providers it uses to run the call. ElevenLabs keeps the audio and a transcript in our account with no set deletion date, and we save the transcript in your Dan AI chats, so you can reread it, and in our coach logs, so we can review quality and improve Dan AI. So Dan AI can pick up where you left off, each call also uses your first name, the "My business" details you filled in, and the most recent messages from your earlier Dan AI calls and chats (these are shared with ElevenLabs and its AI model providers for that call), plus short searches of Dan's teaching material. We keep a record of when each call started and ended and how long it lasted, so we can apply the monthly call allowance. You can ask us to delete a call's recording and transcript at any time (see section 9). A call only starts when you press Call and allow your microphone, and you can hang up at any time.
If you are a done-for-you webinar client, our team may use an AI provider (Anthropic) to draft the one-page summary of your offer from your onboarding answers. A person on our team checks and edits it before you see it.
To log in to Dan AI you enter your email address and we email you a six-digit code, sent through our email provider Resend. We keep your account email and name, your access status, your login sessions and a record of changes to your access. We store only scrambled (hashed) copies of login codes and session codes, codes expire after 10 minutes, and sessions end after 30 days or when you log out. We also keep short-lived, scrambled records of login attempts to stop abuse.
When you are logged in, Dan AI saves each of your conversations (your questions and its answers) to your account so you can reopen them, and it reads the business details you choose to enter under “My business” before it answers. Those details and the relevant part of the conversation are sent to the AI provider described above to produce each answer. Only you can see your saved chats in Dan AI. You can delete any chat, and edit or clear your business details, at any time; deleting a chat removes it from your account.
If you choose to unlock Pitch Mode in Dan AI, you upload a screenshot of a social media post you made about Dan AI. We send that screenshot to our AI provider (Moonshot AI) to read the post and check that it mentions getdan.ai. We save the screenshot, the text of the post and the platform with your account, and we share them with our team in our internal Slack workspace. We do not publish your screenshot. To have your screenshot deleted, email us using the details in section 13. We also keep a record of when Dan AI shows you the Pitch Mode offer or a reminder about it, whether you open or close it, and whether a screenshot you upload is accepted, so we can see how the offer performs. The free offer is open for 48 hours from the first reminder, and we record when that window starts and ends; our team may give you a fresh 48 hours.
Client group chats. If you are a client, your project group chat runs on Telegram, and Telegram’s own privacy policy applies to it. We keep a copy of the messages in your group so our team can make sure every message gets a timely answer. We use service providers, including AI services from Anthropic and Cloudflare, to help spot messages that need urgent attention and to summarize conversations for our team. We do not use your messages to train AI models. We keep them as described in section 7, and you can ask us to delete them as described in section 9.
If you are not logged in and you ask Dan AI a question, a form asks you to request an invite. The question you typed stays on your device until you log in or send the form. If you send the form, we keep your name, email address, phone number and that question, and we share them with our customer database provider (HighLevel) so our team can call you about Dan AI. By sending the form you agree that we can call or text you about Dan AI. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time. We also record which version of the form you saw, so we can compare how each version performs.
7. How long we keep your information
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy: for example, while you are a customer or prospect, and afterward as needed to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Website usage data tied to the random visitor ID is kept to measure trends over time. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
8. Your choices and rights
- Marketing: unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email, reply STOP to texts, or email us to stop all marketing.
- Access, correction and deletion: you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We may need to keep some information to meet legal obligations or complete a transaction.
- US state privacy rights: depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to delete or correct it, and to opt out of “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. To opt out, email us as described below; we will stop including your email address and phone number in any customer lists we share with advertising platforms. To stop the tracking scripts on this site from loading in your browser, use the browser choices in section 3. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.
- Europe and the UK: if you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also have the right to object to or restrict our processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. We process your information to perform a contract with you, with your consent, to meet legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests in running and marketing our business. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To make any request, email [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy request” and the email address you used with us. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows it.
9. How to delete your data
You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time, including information collected through our Facebook and Instagram ads, our booking forms and our website.
- Email [email protected] with the subject line “Data deletion request”.
- Include the email address and, if you gave one, the phone number you used with us, so we can find your records.
- We will confirm we received your request, may ask you to verify that the request comes from you, and will delete your information from our customer database, booking and email systems, and ask the service providers who hold copies for us to delete them, within 30 days. We will email you when it is done.
- Website visit records and questions you typed into our AI tools are stored under a random visitor ID, not under your name or email. If you want those deleted too, say so in your email before you clear your browser data, and we will show you how to find your visitor ID in your browser so we can delete the records stored under it.
We may keep a limited record where the law requires it (for example, purchase records needed for tax and accounting), or where we need it to complete a transaction you asked for. We will tell you if that applies. To remove the visitor ID stored by this website, clear your cookies and site data in your browser. To manage information Meta holds about you, use your Meta Accounts Center.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) across this site and limited access for our team. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
This site and our programs are for adults running businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
12. International visitors
We are based in the United States and work with team members and service providers in other countries. Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries whose data protection laws may differ from those where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
13. Changes to this policy and how to contact us
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we may give additional notice.
