For business owners who sell expensive products and services with webinars, challenges or sales calls
I've made $45M+ from webinars, but I quit doing free ones years ago. Now we scale with one automated paid webinar where prospects pay me before I pitch. I'll show you the exact system, including what business owners paid $10K a seat to learn at my Las Vegas seminar, so you can get paid to pitch.

And done right, the ticket covers most of your ad spend before the webinar even begins.
Here's the problem with free webinars.
You spend a bunch of money on ads with no guarantee you'll make even one sale. You wait days for the webinar. Then only 1 in 5 people show up, and you're pitching to a room full of freebie seekers.
You don't know if they're buyers. They're still just leads. They've invested nothing to be there.
A good chunk of them leave before the offer, so they never even hear your pitch. The ones who stay say "this was so much value!" and then don't buy.
Or they book a call and don't show. Or they show up and say they "just wanted to pick your brain."
So you try a five-day challenge instead. Maybe it works better, but now you're exhausted. The last thing you want for stable revenue is a Tony Robbins marathon where you sleep for 24 hours afterward and dread ever doing it again.
Let me tell you why this happens.
It's called funnel economics.
No matter how good your offer or your ads are, you can't beat a better economic system. The best coffee shop in Pakistan will never make as much money as a mediocre coffee shop in the United States. The economy is just better.
Webinars work the same way. A free webinar brings you leads. A paid webinar brings you customers.
When someone pays for your webinar, they've already bought a ticket, and many buy a bump or an upsell too.
So a big chunk of your ad spend comes back the same day you spend it. Depending on how well your funnel is tested, that might be half. It might be 80%.
Some weeks we get all of it back and then some.
Then those buyers actually show up. We see show rates of 75% to 95% on our paid webinars. When's the last time you bought a movie ticket and didn't go?
People who pay, pay attention.
And people who pay attention pay more.
I could stop right there: most of your ad spend back, and nearly four times the show rate. But it goes further.
You're now pitching to customers, not leads.
They stay for the whole presentation and hear the pitch.
When they book a call, they show up. Our sales-call show rate is about 80%, and our close rate is 47%.
The email list you build is a list of buyers, not freebie seekers.
Look. In August we spent 162K on ads, and we got most of it back before the webinar even happened.

And after everything was said and done, we did over 917K in sales between the tickets, the back end, and the recurring revenue from the offers inside the funnel.

Now, I'll be honest with you. Three of those sales were 100K each, for a one-on-one VIP day I host, so that number is a little inflated because of them.
But I had never sold a VIP day from a webinar before. It happened because serious people were watching, and serious people want the most serious level of attention, at the most serious price.
In fact, over the last four months I've sold over a dozen of my 100K VIP days. I've since raised the price to 200K, and people are still buying.

That's what a great presentation, given to serious customers, can do. It puts you in a league of your own.
And it wasn't because my webinar is magic. My free webinars are good, and my paid webinars are good. The difference was who was in the room. That's funnel economics, and I'm not going to fight the economy.
All five are what we cover at Paid to Pitch.
Think about it. The people with the most money have the least time, and the people with the most time usually have the least money.
So the people who have five free days for your challenge usually aren't the ones with the biggest budgets.
That's why it takes five days to convert them. And while you're spending five days warming them up, you lose the people who were ready to buy now.
A simple two-hour paid webinar works for both.
Someone with money won't give you five days, but they will pay for a ticket to solve their problem in two or three hours.
Show them you can solve it, and that working with you saves them even more time, and that's when you make the high-ticket sale.
It's all psychology. Not just the psychology of what you say, but the psychology of who you're saying it to.
On November 9, I'll show you how to attract the people who have the money to pay you and don't have the time to bug you.
I'll also show you the habits and strategic thinking I use to keep a funnel working once it works.
How many times have you finally gotten something to work, only for it to stop? I've been there, I've helped hundreds of people through it, and I can help you too.
Here's the part most people miss. Once your webinar converts live, you don't have to keep running it live. That's how I ran zero live webinars in August.
We use a very special piece of software that almost nobody knows about. It broadcasts the webinar live into Zoom every single day. The webinar really is live.
The only difference is that the video signal doesn't come out of a camera. It comes out of this software, which acts like a camera broadcasting into Zoom.
Zoom doesn't even know it isn't live.
Whenever I mention this software, people give me the same cocked-head look your dog gives you when you're doing silly human stuff.
On November 9, I'll reveal what that software is and how we use it to broadcast our webinar every day.
The first time I said that out loud, people looked at me like I'd lost it. "Who pays to watch a sales presentation?"
Here's what happened the day my paid webinar crashed.
I was running it live on Zoom. The platform went down. We had to move everyone to a new link, and then do it again. Twice.
We lost almost no one.
Now think about a free webinar. If the link breaks twice on a free webinar, how many people do you keep? You know the answer. You'd lose all of them.
That's the difference between a lead and a customer.
So here's the question this event answers:
If the people in your room have already paid you, why would you ever let anyone in for free again?
I've spent over ten years selling from presentations: webinars, workshops, stage talks, VSLs. Dan Kennedy's company, Magnetic Marketing, has hired me twice to script and perform a webinar for them.
Russell Brunson hired me to re-pitch at his live event after he'd already pitched, and it nearly doubled his sales.
And today my team writes webinar scripts for business owners every single week, so we see what converts and what doesn't before anyone else does.
The highlights, in case we haven't met:
You're not getting theory from someone who used to do this. You're getting the machine I'm running right now, while I teach it.
Here's what happens when the script is right. Mario is one of my private clients. He ran a paid live event and asked me to craft his pitch.
He thought he'd sell one or two.
But the room was full of people who had already paid to be there, and that changes everything. 70% of the people in that room who could buy filled out an application, and he ended up doing 250K in sales.
I didn't believe it… It has completely transformed my business and my legacy in the world.
Mario, relationship coach
I paid Dan to write my VSL, and it made $1 Million. It works!
Casey Shipp, online fitness coach
In September, I ran my Webinar Scaling Intensive in Las Vegas. The whole day was about paid webinars.

Gabrielle was in that room. She went home, reworked her webinar with what she learned, and ran it. A few days later, she sent me this:

On November 9, I'm sharing many of the same strategies I taught in that room. Don't take my word for what they're worth. Here's what the people who paid 10K a seat had to say:
Now I'm sharing many of the same strategies virtually for only $297, without the flight, the hotel or the 10K.
Some of you have. You put a price on your webinar or built a low-ticket funnel, ran ads, and it didn't break even. Or it crushed with your list and then died the moment you went to cold traffic.
I know exactly how that feels, because it happened to me.
48% to my warm audience.
Less than 1% on cold traffic.
Same slides. Same offer. Same me.
Your warm audience will buy almost anything from you, because they already know you. That's not proof the funnel works. That's proof they like you. And at some point you run out of people who already like you.
Most webinars, free or paid, fail because the economics are wrong or the script is. And when someone tells me their paid webinar didn't work, it's almost always one of these:
Most people who tell me it didn't work had two or three of these at once. None of them mean paid webinars don't work. They mean one part of the machine was missing.
On November 9, I'll walk you through every part, so you can see exactly which one broke in yours and what to do instead.
I rewrote that 48%-to-1% webinar. Same offer, same price. It became the script that did $9.2M.

You're probably right about one thing: nobody wants to pay to be pitched.
Good instinct. Don't ask them to.
People don't pay for a pitch. They pay for a specific, tangible result they want badly, explained by someone who obviously knows how to get it.
Free webinars tend to be about fuzzy things, like "stepping into your power." Paid webinars are about concrete things a buyer already knows they want.
The topic of the webinar is the targeting. Pick the right one, and the people who pay for a ticket are exactly the people who buy what comes next.
This works for business owners who sell expensive products and services of every kind, not just coaches and course creators.

Here's the illustration I walked through in Las Vegas. Simple math, conservative numbers. Change the first two boxes to match your business.
| Free webinar | Paid webinar |
|---|
Assumptions from Dan's Las Vegas example: free webinar 15 per registrant, 20% show, 10% book, 50% show to the call, 25% close. Paid webinar 120 per registrant, with ticket, bumps and upsells averaging 120 per buyer so the front end pays back about what the ads cost, 75% show, 21% book, 80% show to the call, 47% close (our real sales-call numbers). Numbers are illustrative and are not a promise or typical result. Your results depend on your offer, market and execution.
At first glance, the paid webinar looks like a disaster. You're paying eight times more per registrant and you've got a fraction of the people.
Then you follow it down the funnel. The ticket, bumps and upsells pay for the ads. The people who show up are customers, not tire-kickers. More of them book.
More of them show to the call. More of them buy. And every sale is profit, because the room already paid for itself.
How much have you paid for people who were never going to buy?
Be honest. It's built for three kinds of business owners:
Your ads work. Your registrations look good. Then 1 in 5 show up, the chat is full of "great value," and the calls are full of people who can't afford you. You want a room full of buyers.
You or your closers are on Zoom all day with tire-kickers and no-shows. You want every call on your calendar to be someone who has already bought from you.
Referrals and your list keep you busy, but the moment you run ads to strangers, it falls apart. You want a machine that sells to people who've never heard of you, every day, without you going live.
If any of those is you, this is the most useful $297 you'll spend this year.
Save your $297 if you're just looking for a quick way to make money online. This event is for business owners who want to sell what they know.
Don't have an offer yet? That's fine. Your paid webinar can be your first offer, and helping people with what you covered on it can be your second.
One day, no fluff. I've never understood why some people take four days to explain what can be said in one.
(The topic of your webinar is the targeting. Get it right and the people who buy the ticket are the same people who buy your expensive offer. I'll show you the difference between a free topic and a paid topic, and why "how to step into your power" will never sell a ticket.)
(Why my ticket is 97 and not 27, what a low-ticket product is actually for, and the one rule I follow so the front end never eats the back end.)
(Same slides, same offer, same you, and under 1% from strangers. It wasn't the ads. It was one habit almost every expert has on camera, and once you see it you can't unsee it.)
(It will sound embarrassingly simple to you. That's how you know it's the one. And it's the reason two webinars with the same offer and the same tactics can get completely different results.)
(Miss a few and you get "so much value!" in the chat and crickets at the close. This is how a buyer's brain gets to yes, and it's the part most webinars skip entirely.)
(A free script with a price slapped on it teaches too much, and the people who paid go off to try it themselves instead of buying. I'll show you the four parts, the order they go in, and the spot where almost every presenter accidentally kills the sale.)
(Plus how to decide whether your offer should go straight to an order page or to a call, so your calendar stops filling up with people who can't afford you, and you find out whether you need a sales team at all.)
(Every ad I run is a clip of the webinar, the same way a trailer is clips of the movie. One way of filming turns five ads into twenty-five, and the same script hands you your promo emails and your pages.)
(Zoom doesn't even know it isn't live. This is how I ran zero live webinars in August. I'll reveal what the software is and how we use it, so you can see what "automated" is supposed to look like.)
(The one number I track instead of close rate, the back-and-forth testing habit that pushes ad costs down while pushing up what each buyer spends, and the feedback loop that made my own webinar convert better the second time than the first.)
Business owners who took what I teach and ran with it. Each one is giving a short talk on exactly what they did.

Secure checkout. Here's what happens next: you'll get your confirmation and Zoom link by email right away, then you show up on Monday, November 9 at 12pm ET. That's it.
That's the guarantee. But let's be real about the two questions you're actually asking.
What if it doesn't work?
You've seen the people I've worked with. It works, and it's the exact machine we use to run our own business, with a webinar I don't even go live on.
What if I can't make it work?
Warren Buffett said risk comes from not knowing what you're doing.
By the end of this event, you'll know what you're doing.
And if you feel that you don't, request a full refund and we'll be happy to give it to you.
In September, business owners paid 10K a seat to spend a day with me in Las Vegas. So why is this $297?
Two honest reasons.
First, this isn't the full Vegas event. Vegas was a hands-on intensive. November 9 is the virtual version: the machine, the math and the script, without the room and the hotel bill.
Second, after every event like this, some business owners decide they'd rather have my team build the whole paid webinar for them. That's the done-for-you work we do for clients, and it's how this event pays for itself. If you'd rather build it yourself, that's completely fine. You'll leave knowing exactly what to build.
Not gonna lie, I was a little unsure about the webinar script at first… I decided screw it, just run it as is and see what happens… just hit… 47K (cash collected). Clearly there's a reason you guys are the pros and I'm not.
Natsai, done-for-you scripting client
You'll get the full recording to keep. I recommend attending live on November 9, because it's built to be worked through in one sitting, but the recording is yours either way, delivered within 72 hours. Either way, grab your seat now so the recording comes to you.
Because this isn't another webinar template.
It's the whole machine: who's in the room, how the room pays for itself, what the script says, and how it gets better every month without you going live.
Yes. You'll start with the right machine instead of building a free funnel you'll have to tear down later. If you don't have an offer yet, your paid webinar can be your first one. Either way, this is the day to get it right before you spend a dollar on ads.
Yes. You can add one or two seats for your team on the order form. Each seat gets its own Zoom link and the recording.
For a lot of business owners, the paid webinar fills the calendar with people who've already bought from you, so calls get shorter and close more often.
Some offers sell straight from the webinar with no call at all. We'll cover both, so you'll know which one fits your offer before you leave.
The machine is structural. It works for business owners selling expensive products and services: professional services, agencies, software, done-for-you, health, real estate, coaching, and more. If people buy what you sell after a conversation, it can be sold with a presentation, and that's what you'll learn to build.
Yes. Email my team within 30 days and you'll get a full refund. You keep the recording. The only risk is the one you're already taking: paying for another room full of people who were never going to buy.
Your next webinar will end one of two ways.
Either you paid for everyone in the room and hope enough of them buy to cover it, or the room paid for itself before you ever made your offer.
You already know what your current funnel produces. Every time you run it again, you pay for the same empty seats, the same no-shows and the same tire-kickers. And every week between now and November 9 is another week of ad spend going into that room.
This is one live day. It happens on Monday, November 9, from 12pm to 8pm ET, and the business owners who show up live get to watch the whole machine come together in one sitting.
And this is a one-time event. I'm not running it again. When November 9 is over, the only way to see it is the recording, and only for people who bought a ticket before the day.
For $297 and one day, I'll show you the machine my team runs right now.
You don't feel you know what you're doing, you email us, you get your $297 back, and you keep the recording.
You never run a free webinar again.
