Our clients are business owners who want to grow with online marketing.
Most of what we do is webinars. A webinar is a speech that gets you customers, hosted online. A client comes to us with an offer — we write the script, build the slides, and produce the marketing assets that go around it. Then they go and sell with it.
Alongside that we run consulting, live events, and a private mastermind.
The role
The person our clients hear from most
A webinar build takes a few weeks, and it only works when someone is keeping the client informed, moving, and confident the whole way through. That is this job.
You are the day-to-day point of contact for our Done-For-You clients and our mastermind and program members. Karla, our Senior Account Manager, owns the account and the strategy. You onboard clients, run their onboarding call, answer routine questions, chase what the team needs, and keep every account moving.
When something is bigger than routine, you bring it to Karla early — with enough context that nobody has to re-investigate.
What you’ll do
Onboard every new client
Setup, welcome, and running the onboarding call, so they leave knowing exactly what happens next and what we need from them
Be the day-to-day contact
Answering routine questions clearly and professionally, for every client assigned to you
Recordings, forms, answers, missing offer details. If we are waiting on a client, you are the one moving it
Keep a live read on the whole list
What stage each client is at, what they are waiting on, and who is happy, quiet, or about to become a problem
Support the mastermind and programs
Routine questions, resources, scheduling
Keep the record straight
Accurate client notes, statuses and follow-up tasks — and feedback carried back to the team clearly, so the final deliverables are right
Spot the fire before it starts
Clients who are stuck, confused or frustrated get escalated to Karla early
What we’re looking for
Genuinely good with people
Warm on a call, clear in writing, calm when a client is anxious
A strong written communicator
Most of the client communication here is written
Organised by default
You track your own follow-ups and close loops without being reminded
Comfortable with many at once
Multiple accounts, multiple conversations, no dropped threads
Good judgment inside a process
You know what to handle yourself and what to hand up
Basic marketing vocabulary
You know what a webinar, a funnel, an offer and a lead magnet are. We’ll teach you the rest — but you can’t be learning the words on a client call
Fluent, natural English
Spoken and written
Experience in customer success, account management, coaching programs, agencies or online education helps, but isn’t required. Before you start with clients, you’ll study Dan’s webinar until you know it well enough to talk about it with them.
What good looks like
Clients get a reply the same business day, every time
No client sits stalled without contact
We never hear about an unhappy client from anyone but you
Karla spends her time on the work, not on chasing clients
Clients know their next step at every stage, and feel supported the whole way
To apply
Send us two things
One — a short note
Why this role fits you. Short is fine.
Two — a 2–3 minute video
Answering one question: a client paid us for a done-for-you webinar three weeks ago, has ignored four of your emails, and has just posted in our community that the delivery is slow. What do you do, and what do you say to them?
If the video is a link rather than an attachment that’s fine — Loom, Drive, unlisted YouTube, whatever is easiest. Just make sure we can open it without requesting access.
